The policy describes our attitude towards corruption and defines principles for managing corruption risk.
This is operationalized using procedures and tools for assessing corruption risk, integrity due diligence by third parties, which are integrated into the company's procedures for sales, assignments, purchasing and recruitment.
Everyone who works for Multiconsult receives training in anti-corruption. The training - which is based on dilemma training, among other things - is intended to provide our employees with training in recognizing corruption risks and situations that could put Multiconsult's integrity and dependence at risk. The program is intended to provide knowledge about the content of our guidelines and the background to these, and how risks or incidents that arise should be handled.
The training ranges from what corruption is and where it can occur, our guidelines for preventing corruption, to what individuals can do to identify and handle ethical dilemmas in general and corruption risks in particular. Employees working in the line receive training in tools and methods for managing corruption risk in sales and assignments. The training focuses in particular on identifying necessary control measures.
We have prepared a separate "Anti-Corruption Handbook". It is a guide for all employees in their daily work, and as a reminder of situations where we need to think extra carefully.
The anti-corruption program is managed by Multiconsult's Group Compliance Officer. The Group Compliance Officer is the whistleblower for employees or others who suspect or observe behavior or conditions that may be in violation of the company's ethical guidelines.
