• promoting ambitious solutions for environmental, social and economic sustainability to all our customers
• inspiring them to set their own sustainability goals and contributing to the achievement of the goals

We will seize the opportunities that the green transition presents, by:

• prioritizing projects with high environmental and climate ambitions and increasing green revenues stemming from taxonomy and sustainability certified projects (such as BREEAM, BREEAM Infrastructure)

We will promote a culture of sustainability through visible leadership, by:

• involving our employees at all levels and evaluating our management based on their performance related to sustainability goals
• continuously developing new competences and nurturing a culture of sharing best practices for sustainable solutions

We will become climate neutral by 2040, by:

• reducing greenhouse gas emissions to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees
• compensate for emissions, including for air travel, based on a strict CO2 compensation practice
