The Due Diligence studies focused on the general project development approach, including:

  • Reviews of feasibility and as-constructed designs and commissioning documentation
  • Gaps in documentation and perceived operating stage uncertainties and risks, including comparison of forecast and actual generation, assessment of potential climate change impacts, and assessment of potential environmental and social legacy issues
  • Reviewing operation and maintenance stage plans, procedures, experience, and budgets
  • Checking compliance with laws, standards, company and lender policies and procedures
  • Recommending further surveys, investigations, and studies to better understand and limit operating stage investment risks.

Site visits were undertaken as part of the Due Diligence.
